As part of an identified requirement, BLC was contracted to provide support, programming/analysis for upgrades/enhancements for OSCAR.

The requirements/deliverables for completion of the contract period included:

	enhancement of existing IDMS batch and online modules,
	enhancement existing functionality to include Invoicing capability for new business lines,
	oscar related maintenance including troubleshooting, programming, and analysis,
	analyze and review existing systems requirements,
	detailed design documents for each new OSCAR functionality.

This work entailed ongoing efforts to streamline OSCAR, to create a more user-friendly front-end for data capture, and to address users needs for downloading and on-site report generation, etc..
